Figured out a simple fix for constant blue screens on a friend's PC

His computer would crash randomly after he updated his graphics driver. Rolling it back to the previous version made everything stable again. It's surprising how common this seems to be.

Hey wait, that's not always the driver's fault though. A lot of times it's other messed up software or even hardware starting to fail. People just blame the new driver because it's the last thing they changed.

Ever notice how quick we are to point fingers at the last thing we updated? Riley's right, it's so easy to blame the new driver. But lots of times, the real issue is something else that was already going bad, and we just don't see it until the driver change pushes it over the edge. It's like when you replace a part in your car and then another breaks soon after, but it was wearing out anyway. We need to look at the whole system before we decide what's wrong. Otherwise, we waste time and money fixing the wrong thing.

WHAT no way, it was JUST a driver update? That's insane, my whole computer MELTED down last year from what I thought was a dying power supply. I spent like two hundred bucks and a whole weekend swapping parts. Turns out it was just a bad Nvidia update the whole time. I'm honestly mad they let that stuff out the door.
