Tried finishing a 12x20 slab with a magnesium float, went back to wood the next pour
Last month I had a 12x20 shed slab in Fresno and grabbed the mag float because my wood one was buried in the truck. It pulled so much cream to the top that the broom finish looked slick and I ended up hitting it twice as long. Anyone else had a mag float fight them on a flat pour like that, or was it just the heat that day?
