Hit my first 50 million dollar project milestone in Procore last week and it broke my brain a little bit
Didn't really hit me until I saw the total material cost line at $8.3 million that I was tracking a building bigger than my whole hometown block in rural Ohio, has anyone else had that weird moment where a number in the software just didn't feel real until you compared it to something normal?

8.3 mil in materials would buy a whole lot of pickup trucks back home.

Man, you ain't wrong. 8.3 mil would probably buy the entire dealership lot and then some. I'd probably just get one decent truck and blow the rest on gas money and takeout, honestly. My buddy tried to do the math once on how many F-150s that'd be and we both just got a headache and ordered pizza instead. Must be nice to think in numbers that big though.
