Old foreman's spreadsheet advice still holds up after 9 years
Back in 2015 my foreman in Phoenix told me to track every change order in a single shared sheet, no exceptions. We had a dispute last month that would've cost us $18k if I hadn't kept that habit. Anyone else get saved by an old school process nobody talks about anymore?
