Overheard a framer say something that hit different
Guy at the lumber yard was telling his apprentice that custom builds are just 10% design and 90% fixing what the plans didn't say. Made me think about my last project in Austin, spent 3 extra weeks on a stair landing that the architect drew wrong. Anyone else rely on the crew to catch stuff the blueprints miss?
