Spent $80 on a cheap bench power supply and it almost set my desk on fire

Get a cheap kill-a-watt or inline fuse between the wall and the supply, that alone would've saved your desk. Name brands are worth the extra cash when fire is on the line.

Side by side: Reddit deleted scenes vs. YouTube compilations - YouTube is way better for finding full alternate endings

You found 12 minutes of Vader dialogue? Wild, because I actually think Reddit is better for the WEIRD stuff that YouTube's algorithm hides on purpose. There's this whole subculture of people who rip deleted scenes from bootleg DVDs and upload them as unlisted links only shared in comment chains. YouTube's compilations are cleaner but they skip the cursed early-2000s workprint versions where you can SEE the crew in the background.

Fought with a certificate renewal for 2 days before finding the fix

That cookie thing is usually more of a browser session issue than a cookie specifically. But yeah, a simple cache clear fixes a surprising amount of AWS portal problems.

Can we talk about how I was welding bad for 3 years before someone said something?

You know, it's funny you mention angles because I was just thinking about this the other day when I was trying to set up a temporary fence for my neighbor's dog. I had this whole thing in my head about how a steeper angle would make the posts lean more, but then I actually tried it and my brain just short-circuited. I swear, geometry is one of those things that makes sense on paper but then you get out there with a tape measure and a level and everything flips around on you. But yeah, you're probably right, a 10 degree push would give you a shallower angle than 15 degrees, assuming you're measuring from the same starting point. It's like when you're trying to explain this stuff to a new guy on the crew and they keep mixing up vertical and horizontal, drives me nuts sometimes.

Tried adding bleach to a tie-dye pattern and got the opposite of what I wanted

Man, that orange patch thing is rough. My own science experiment went about as well as yours - tried to bleach a green thrift store shirt once and ended up with a weird puke-yellow splotch that looked like I'd dropped a raw egg on my chest. Your mileage may vary, but in my experience, cotton just takes bleach like it's personally offended by the dye job and fights back with whatever color it wants. Take this with a grain of salt, but maybe try a diluted mix next time and test on a hidden seam before going full chemistry set on a shirt you actually like.
