Why does nobody mention air sealing before insulation?
Spent 3 days battling cold drafts in my new build near Boise before a contractor buddy pointed out my attic sealing was a joke. Anyone else learn this the hard way after wasting time and money?

Nah, "maybe the draft adds character" is UNIRONICALLY true in older homes.
