DAE notice their coworkers writing passwords on sticky notes?
This is a major flaw in office security. Consider suggesting a team meeting on safe habits.

Actually, calling it just an office security flaw misses the bigger personal risk. If someone uses that password to get into your bank or email, that's on you, not the company. The office might get in trouble, but you could get your identity stolen. A team meeting is a good idea, but people also need to understand it's for their own safety. Maybe they'd listen more if you frame it that way. A password manager is free and way safer than a note stuck to a monitor.

Last year, my friend had her email hacked because she used the same password everywhere. I see what @irismartinez is saying about the personal risk being bigger than just office trouble. It's scary to think how quickly someone could steal your info if they get into your accounts. Why do people still stick passwords on monitors when there are free tools out there? Framing it as personal safety might make coworkers listen better. We all need to take this seriously to protect ourselves.

My buddy Mark lost his entire Steam library last month because his password was on a sticky note. Someone just walked by his desk and took it.
