Our office's go-to password was literally 'password123'
A long time ago, at my first job, the whole team used one easy password for everything. I knew it was risky, but speaking up felt like causing trouble, so I kept quiet. Looking back, should I have pushed harder for better habits, or was it just how things were done?

My last office used "spring2021" for like six months straight. We all knew it was bad but kept saying we'd update it next quarter. It's crazy how normal it feels to just go along with it when you're new.
