That week I tried to deep fry a turkey inside my garage

I thought I could save $50 on a catered Thanksgiving by doing a 15-pound turkey in my home deep fryer on the back porch, but 4 minutes in the oil overflowed and set my neighbor's recycling bin on fire, and now my garage still smells like burnt plastic and poultry 6 months later, has anyone else ever had a garage fire from frying?

Bro, did you actually fry a turkey inside your garage? That's wild but honestly I feel your pain. I tried the same thing a couple years back in my driveway and almost took out my neighbor's fence. The oil just gets way too hot and foams up like crazy when you drop that bird in. My garage smelled like burnt feathers and regret for a solid year after.
