Watched a guy at the Nashville flea market fry Oreos in 3 day old oil and I have questions
Stopped by a food cart at the Nashville flea market last Saturday and the guy running it was using the same dark oil he had going since Friday morning. He dropped a batch of Oreos in and they came out almost black in about 30 seconds, but he sold them anyway to a line of people. Is reusing oil for 2 days a normal thing at these stands, or did I just catch a bad one?

Saw a dude reuse fry oil till it looked like motor oil once lol
