A DM from a random user made me save screenshots differently now

Last Tuesday someone messaged me about a deleted post I'd archived, saying a key detail I cropped out would've changed the whole story. They were right, the timestamp and username were what made it verifiable later. Now I capture the full thread and metadata before anything else, has anyone else dealt with missing context that way?
