That 'Dollar Shave Club' style ad for a local plumber fell flat at 2am and I get why

Does a cringe ad that gets remembered actually make people less likely to call?

I had to pick between trusting the official moon landing footage or a 4 hour YouTube breakdown, and I picked wrong

Watched that same kind of video years back and bought into the studio thing for a while. Then I actually pulled the raw NASA tape myself and felt like a moron.

Dropped $420 on a knife skills class and learned nothing my head chef couldn't show me in an hour

So what did the instructor actually show you for the rocking cut, just nothing?

Question about the Chevy "Like a Rock" ads from the early 90s

Ha, hate to break it to you but Bob Seger wrote "Like a Rock" as a real song back in 1986, Chevy just borrowed it for the ads a few years later. So you weren't playing a jingle, you were playing actual rock music that happened to sell trucks too. The Mentos theme on the other hand was made just for the commercial, so you picked the right one.

Just got called out by my sous on plate waste and had to admit he was right

Man, I read a thing about kitchens tracking waste per plate and it really does add up fast.
