Caught my old burner account reposting my deleted story 4 months later

Back in March I posted this long rant about a client who ghosted me after I finished their whole rebrand for 800 bucks. It got like 300 upvotes, then I deleted it because the client found it and threatened to sue. No big deal, I moved on. Then last week I was scrolling and saw almost word for word my post, same details, even the 800 bucks, posted by some user with no post history. I checked the timestamps and it went up on an account created the day I deleted mine. I messaged them asking why and they said they "archived it before it got scrubbed" and thought keeping it alive was doing me a favor. I didn't even know what to say. Has anyone ever had their deleted posts resurrected like that, and did you just let it go or try to get it taken down again?

Wait, they already said it was a burner account with no post history, but then they told you they archived it. Those two things don't really add up, unless they made a fresh account just for this. Either way, that's a weird move on their part. Keeping a post alive that someone clearly deleted on purpose isn't a favor, it's just stirring the pot. If the client is still threatening legal stuff, I'd push back hard and ask them to take it down again. Nobody gets to play hero with your stuff without asking first.

Wait, what if the archive is the actual bait to flush out who's been watching the account, like they're testing who reacts first, and the deleted post was just the trap door?
