That deleted post about the fake vet bill saved me $300 last Tuesday

Someone in this sub screenshot a crazy story about an ER vet bill that turned out to be photoshopped, and the OP deleted it before the details got spread. I almost paid a breeder $300 for a 'health certificate' last week, but the formatting in their PDF matched the scam from that deleted post exactly. Anyone else double check vet paperwork now after seeing that viral fake?
