Vent: I torrented deleted scenes for a decade before realizing the disc rips were garbage
Found out 6 months ago that half the "deleted scenes" I traded on old forums were just fan edits or trailers stitched together, because a guy on a Discord server matched one of my files frame for frame to a promo clip. Now I just wait for the official boutique release or check the streaming extras tab, which is boring but at least it's real. Anyone know a decent way to tell a legit workprint leak from a fan cut before you download 3GB?
