Our digital art projects keep getting delayed by one person's ancient software
We're working on a showcase for a client, and a team member uses a version of Illustrator that's over a decade old. File compatibility is a constant issue, causing rework and missed deadlines. I've suggested updates multiple times, but they say they're comfortable with it. It's making the whole team look bad.

My old copy of Photoshop CS2 still runs on my laptop, so I can't throw stones. Some of us just get attached to our digital fossils.
