Used to think art tablets were overhyped, then I borrowed one for a week

I was always a mouse-and-keyboard person for digital art, figured tablets were just a trend for people with cash to burn. Borrowed a friend's older Wacom last month for a quick commission rush and honestly, my linework got cleaner in like 2 days. Has anyone else switched late and felt dumb about not trying it sooner?
