Pro tip: I bought a cheap drywall sander from a discount tool site and it died after two rooms.
The motor burned out and I lost a full day's pay, about $400, fixing the mess it left. Anyone have a brand they trust that can handle a full week of sanding?

Remember my buddy who tried to save cash on a sander? He got halfway through his basement and the thing just quit, left these awful swirl marks everywhere. He had to go over every inch by hand with a sanding block, took him forever. I swear he looked ten years older after that weekend.
