Rant: Spent 3 hours on a single lash lift because my timer decided to ghost me
I got a new client from Rogers Park yesterday who wanted a lash lift, and everything went fine until my digital timer just shut off mid-process. I had to guess how long the solution had been sitting, which threw off the whole timing for the neutralizer. Ended up redoing the whole thing from scratch and it took me 3 hours instead of the usual 45 minutes. Has anyone else had a piece of equipment fail on them at the worst possible moment?

Totally been there, phone timer crapped out on me mid-facial once.

UGH, that is SO frustrating. A timer is literally something you need to trust for stuff like that, so I get why you were thrown off. Did you end up just using your phone's stopwatch to finish the job, or did you have to wing it completely from memory? I'm curious what your backup plan was in that moment.
