Spent 6 months comparing LED therapy masks versus panel lights for my clients
I have been using LED therapy on my clients for about two years now, and I finally did a real side by side comparison between a high end mask and a tabletop panel light. The mask felt more convenient at first, but after treating a dozen clients with each, the panel won by a long shot. The panel covers more surface area at once, so I can treat someone's whole face and neck in one go instead of repositioning a mask. Also the intensity is much stronger with the panel, so my clients with acne saw results in half the time, about 8 sessions instead of 16 with the mask. Downside is the panel takes up more space in my treatment room, but I just moved some shelves around to fit it. Has anyone else tried both and landed on one over the other?

That panel covering the whole face and neck at once thing is true." A friend of mine who does facials switched from a mask to a panel and said it cut her treatment time in half because she wasn't constantly adjusting the straps.

Honestly this makes me wonder if the real time saver is not having to mess with elastic straps that lose tension over time. Panels seem like they'd also cut down on product waste since the seal is better and nothing drips off. Has anyone tried one of those LED panels that does light therapy at the same time?
