Our crew just hit a month without any lost-time incidents

I mean, it might not sound like much, but after the rough start we had this year, this feels huge. We've been really focusing on double-checking our PPE and communication. Idk, maybe it's just me but seeing everyone look out for each other makes the job way better. It's a small step, but it means a lot. Just wanted to share because I'm proud of the team.

That bit about "seeing everyone look out for each other" is so real. Reminds me of my friend at a warehouse. He saw a patch of oil another guy missed and just yelled "hey, stop!" before someone slipped. Said it was nothing, just speaking up. But the boss made a big deal of it later, saying that kind of stuff is what stops the big accidents. Your team getting to a month proves that stuff adds up. It's those small calls that build a streak.

Did you read that report saying good communication is key to long-term safety streaks?
