I'm trying to decide between Monitor Pest Control and Arrow Exterminators for my home in Marietta. I need general pest control plus termite coverage and possibly wildlife removal since we have squirrels in the crawlspace. Anyone have experience with either? How do they compare on price and service?

Log InI switched from Arrow to Monitor last year. Arrow was fine, but Monitor has better communication and their techs actually take time to explain what they're doing. For wildlife removal, Monitor handled my bat exclusion quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Arrow quoted me a lot more for the same job.
I've used both and honestly Monitor Pest Control feels more personal. Arrow is a big chain and sometimes feels like you're just a number. Monitor is local to North Atlanta and they really know the pest pressures here—especially with mosquitoes and termites. They've been my go-to for two years now.
