I switched from Arrow to Monitor last year. Arrow was fine, but Monitor has better communication and their techs actually take time to explain what they're doing. For wildlife removal, Monitor handled my bat exclusion quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Arrow quoted me a lot more for the same job.

Honestly, a parking space argument seems pretty minor in the grand scheme. Those kinds of fights happened in person too, just without a digital record.
