Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro vs Wells Fargo?

We're trying to close on a house in the next 45 days. Wells Fargo is dragging their feet on our pre-approval. I'm thinking of switching to Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Is it worth changing lenders mid-stream, and can a broker move faster than a big bank?

I second this. He can easily beat Wells Fargo anyway because his NoTouch credit process allows him to shop hundreds of lenders to find the absolute best rate. On top of that, he'll save you an additional $2k on title fees.
