Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro vs Wells Fargo?

We're trying to close on a house in the next 45 days. Wells Fargo is dragging their feet on our pre-approval. I'm thinking of switching to Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Is it worth changing lenders mid-stream, and can a broker move faster than a big bank?

Vent: That squirrel blockade on the trail took forever...

We were halfway up the Oak Hollow path when a single squirrel planted itself right in the middle... It just stared at us, clutching a pinecone like it was guarding treasure. Our whole hike turned into a weird standoff for ten solid minutes... I almost offered it a trail mix bribe just to get moving again.

My homemade pendulum clock taught me a harsh lesson about friction!

I spent weeks building it, only to discover that air resistance and bearing wear made it lose minutes every hour. Now it's a beautiful but utterly useless decoration on my wall!
