Found this cast iron skillet at a thrift store once. It's probably from the 1940s and still works like a dream. My modern pans lose their coating after a few months, but this thing is built to last. It really shows how quality has taken a backseat to convenience. Kind of sad when you think about it, but at least my eggs taste better.
