Honestly, just use an ad blocker. I installed uBlock Origin years ago and it's a game changer. No more accidental clicks on those fake download buttons either. My browsing is so much cleaner now and pages load faster without all that junk. It takes two minutes to set up and saves you a ton of annoyance.
