My AI transcription tool mangled an entire client meeting recording yesterday

I used Otter.ai for a 45 minute call with a consulting firm in Chicago and their automated summary turned our $12,000 project deadline discussion into a conversation about 'pizza toppings and office furniture' so I had to manually relisten to the whole thing and retype the notes from scratch, has anyone else had AI tools completely miss the context of a conversation?

Pizza toppings instead of a twelve thousand dollar deadline, that's a whole new level of wrong.

My last big screwup I swapped the client's budget line for the catering order. $15k worth of mini quiches showed up instead of a website redesign. Still can't look at a pastry without flinching.
