A homeowner in Tempe told me my diagnostic process was too fast and I missed a secondary fault code on their Bosch dishwasher.
Now I always run the full diagnostic cycle twice, even if I find an obvious error on the first pass, because that extra five minutes caught a failing fill valve that would have caused a callback.

Bosch dishwashers actually store secondary fault codes in the event history, not active diagnostics.
