Man that hits way too close to home. Had a Civic come in last month that would crank forever but never fire, and I'm out there for half a day testing fuel pressure and spark and pulling my hair out. Turned out the ground wire on the thermostat housing was loose. Tightened one 10mm bolt and it fired right up like nothing ever happened. The worst part is standing there knowing you just spent hours on something a quick wiggle test would've caught. At least you already had the part so you were only out the time.
