Just watched a car carrier driver use a ratchet strap wrong on my Mustang
Tbh the guy used a ratchet strap that was totally frayed, and it snapped mid-transport last Tuesday. My Mustang ended up shifting three inches on the trailer. Had to call the company and demand they send a new driver to re-secure it.

Damn that sucks, I'd be pissed too. You're lucky it didn't end up worse with a loaded car carrier.

Ugh yeah @avery_lopez you're right on the money there. A fully loaded car carrier is like a bomb on wheels if something goes wrong. That could've been way worse than just a headache, it could've been a real disaster. Lucky break honestly, still sucks for them though.
