Hit 10,000 wire terminations without a single rework today

I was just doing my usual connector work on a C-130 harness and realized I hadn't messed up a pin in over three years. Has anyone else kept track of something weird like that without planning to?

My buddy on the assembly line keeps a running count of how many times he drops his crimpers in a shift, which is a different kind of weird metric. Hitting 10,000 without a rework is impressive, but I'd argue that kind of self-tracking can make you focus on the wrong thing like quantity over actual quality.

Read an article about how some factories actually reward people for tracking their own stats like that, but it really depends on the culture. @grace_bailey makes a good point though, seems like hitting that number could easily turn into just rushing through the motions.
