Remember when route planning meant spread out maps, not scrolling on a device?

The old way was more engaging, but the new way is faster, thoughts?

Honestly, the spread out maps thing was a whole process. You had to actually figure out the route yourself, which felt like solving a puzzle. Now with devices, it's just tap and go, so much faster but zero fun. Ngl, I kinda miss getting lost sometimes.

Yeah but getting lost when you're late or need to be somewhere is the worst. GPS saves so much time and stress, you know? Who really wants to solve a puzzle when you just need directions?

My dad made me use a paper map for a road trip in 2005. Tbh, getting that route right felt like a real win.
