Okay so I just read that a full 1/3 of home bakers NEVER weigh their flour

Saw it in a survey from a baking magazine, and honestly I think that's why so many people have fails with cookies spreading. Anyone else think measuring cups are the real problem?

Rock hard biscuits... like you could actually hurt someone with them. I'm shocked she kept making them year after year. That's a real commitment to a bad recipe.
