I think the 'post at peak times' advice is mostly wrong for new creators

My reel about a local coffee shop in Denver got 50 views when I posted it at 9 AM last Tuesday, the supposed 'best time'. I posted the same video again at 2 PM on a Wednesday, a 'dead zone', and it got over 800 views. The algorithm seems to care more about the first few people who see it and interact, not the clock. Has anyone else seen their best results at weird hours?

Peak times still matter for getting that initial push though.

That initial push thing is everywhere, right?

You posted the same Denver coffee shop reel twice? I didn't even know you could do that without getting flagged. The jump from 50 to 800 is wild. It makes all those scheduling charts feel like a total guess. My most watched video this month went up at 11 PM on a Sunday. Nothing about that should have worked.
