Just realized my 7pm posts beat my noon posts every time, why is that?

Checked my last 12 posts in the analytics from last month and every single evening upload around 7pm pulled double the reach of my lunchtime ones, even with the same content, has anyone else seen this pattern flip for no clear reason?

My cat woke me up at 6am three days ago and I was SO tired that I just posted my morning recipe draft without checking it. It got like 40 likes. Then I posted the same recipe at 8pm that night after fixing a typo and it got 300. I think it's because people are actually relaxed at night instead of scrolling during lunch breaks when they're half paying attention. Plus my evening posts always come after people have had dinner and are just sitting on the couch with their phones. That 7pm slot is like the golden window for my page too, so I stopped fighting it and just rescheduled everything.
