Just realized how much work went into that 'random' coffee shop video

I saw a clip of a barista making a perfect latte art heart that blew up last week. I thought it was just a lucky shot, but a friend who works there told me they filmed that one pour for like two hours straight. They had three phones set up, kept burning the milk, and the manager made them clean the machine twice. The final video is 8 seconds, but the whole thing took their whole slow Tuesday morning. Has anyone else heard about the setup for a 'casual' viral moment taking way longer than it looks?

It's wild how much effort goes into those quick clips.

Ended up making a 30 second reel last week that took about 4 hours to shoot and edit. The challenge is making it look effortless when there's probably a dozen outtakes before that one usable clip. @wright.lisa you're right, never looks that way from the outside. Biggest thing that helped me was breaking it into smaller parts instead of trying to film everything at once. Much less overwhelming when you treat each 5 second segment like its own little project.

Four hours for 30 seconds?! @wright.lisa that's crazy dedication.
