Heard a guy at the supply house say 'a weld's a weld' on a pressure vessel job.

That kind of thinking is how you get a call back at 2 AM for a leak. Anyone else run into this attitude on site lately?

Totally agree... seen it happen when folks rush in without checking the basics first. Like skipping safety steps on a ladder or not wearing gloves with sharp tools. It's those small, lazy choices that lead to the worst accidents.

Yeah, and it's crazy how fast it happens. One second you're cutting a corner, the next you're in the ER. Our brains are just wired to take the easy path, even when we know better. It's that "it won't happen to me" feeling that gets you every time.
