Tbh my friend once got a brand apology that just said "we're sorry" with zero details.

@dianal94 that's basically a non-apology lol. Like they just tossed out the word sorry like it was a free sample and called it a day. The real thing that bugs me is how brands act like vague statements will fix everything when all it does is make people feel gaslit. If you can't even say what you did wrong then you're not really sorry you're just trying to shut people up. A real apology needs to show you actually get why it was messed up.
