Remembering when a brand's 'we hear you' apology took 6 weeks to actually fix the website issue they apologized for
In my experience, that whole cycle from the first angry tweet to the actual, working fix felt like forever, and it makes you wonder if they just hoped we'd forget. Has anyone else noticed if brands are getting slower to actually solve things after they say sorry?

Six weeks is crazy. You think they wait for the complaints to die down before they even start on the fix?

Look at how big companies handle recalls, andrew_rodriguez. They often wait to see if a problem is widespread before spending money on a real fix. It's less about the noise dying down and more about their own cost analysis.

Ever had to chase a company for a refund on a broken product? I kept calling every few days and finally got my money back after a month. They definitely hope you give up, but staying on them works.
