Shoutout to that one Tuesday when everything went right

Last month I had a Tuesday where my grocery bill came in at $47 under budget because the store had a double coupon day I didn't know about. Then I got a check in the mail for $23 from a utility deposit refund I forgot about. That same day my coworker gave me a free tire she couldn't use because her car got totaled. It felt like the universe was throwing me a bone after a rough year. Has anyone else had a random day where everything just lined up financially?

Terry_carter15, my buddy Mike had one of those Tuesdays last fall. He went to cash a check at the bank and they told him his account had a $150 error in his favor from six months ago. Then he found a $50 gift card in a parking lot that still had money on it. He kept saying it felt like winning a small lottery he didn't enter.

My buddy Dave had a Tuesday like that last spring where he found $40 in an old jacket pocket, his tax refund hit early by surprise, and someone gave him a free lawnmower that just needed a spark plug to run. He called me that night and kept saying he was waiting for the other shoe to drop, but nothing bad happened. It's weird how those days come out of nowhere when you least expect them.
