I used to sign up for gyms every January with good intentions, then by March I'd be paying $45 a month to not show up. Last year in March I finally sat down and added up what I'd wasted over like 5 years - it was over $1,200 just to feel guilty. Now I just do bodyweight exercises in my living room with a free app, and I put that $45 straight into a savings account for real stuff. Has anyone else found a cheaper alternative that actually stuck?
