Learned my daily habit tracking was actually making me less productive
I was reading this study from Baylor University that said tracking too many habits at once can overwhelm your brain and hurt follow-through. I counted my April spread and had 14 different trackers going. Anyone else pare down their bullet journal setup and see better results?

Did you try cutting down to just 3 or 4 things that actually matter? I dropped from 10 trackers down to 5 and started actually finishing my habits instead of just filling in boxes.

Fourteen trackers is way too many, man.

Agreed, I had 12 at my worst and felt like I was just tracking to track instead of actually doing anything.
