I tried using 'glow up' for a month and it just made me feel worse

Everyone online says to track your 'glow up' progress, so I logged my habits and looks every day for 30 days. I took a photo each morning and wrote down what I ate, my workout, and my mood. By the end, I felt more focused on tiny flaws than any real change. The term makes it sound like a big, fast change, but real progress is slow and quiet. Has anyone else found that focusing on these trendy self-improvement words backfired?

I read an article about how tracking can make you hyper aware of problems you never noticed before. Maybe it's just me but that constant check in sounds stressful.

That's a good point, actually.

Did you feel better before you started tracking?
