Honestly, I used to just yank coax through a tight attic crawlspace by hand until a job in Fresno two years ago where I pinched a nerve in my shoulder and couldn't work for a week.
Now I always use a fish tape and a drop of dish soap on the jacket, and I haven't had a single strain injury since, but what's your go-to method for pulling through those nasty, cramped spaces?

That dish soap trick is a lifesaver for sure. I learned the hard way not to use it on certain older types of plastic cable jacket though. It can make some of them brittle over time and cause cracks. I switched to a pure silicone spray lubricant instead. It doesn't dry out the materials and gives you that same slick pull without the long term risk. A small can lasts for years.

Oh man, that's a solid tip. I ruined a good extension cord that way once. The silicone spray is definitely the move for anything you care about keeping long term.
