Bet it was just one person having a bad day.

Hear me out though, it was a whole DEPARTMENT that flagged it. I saw the internal report and it listed like 12 people from different teams, not just one. They all basically backed each other up on the call instead of actually checking the facts. That's way more frustrating than one person having a bad day.
