A local baker's apology clip made me forgive the whole mess
Last week I watched this bakery owner in Portland tear up on camera after they got called out for using a photo of someone else's cake. At first I was ready to pile on like everyone else, but they showed the actual invoice and the mix-up at the print shop. That 2 minute video with the real order slip changed how I look at these things now. I still think they messed up big time, but going that specific with proof made me wonder how many cancel moments are just bad communication. Has anyone else seen a public apology that actually flipped your opinion, or am I the only softie here?
