I was talking to my friend Sarah last night at the diner on Elm Street, and she pointed out how Kylie Jenner quietly deletes any Instagram post that gets less than 500k likes. It hit different because I never noticed that before, but now I see she's been curating her feed like a resume, hiding all the fails. Makes you wonder how many awkward posts we never even saw because she pulled them five minutes later. Has anyone else caught a celeb deleting something cringey before the internet screenshotted it?

Wait, does that mean my blurry photos of my cat yawning that got like 12 likes are still haunting my feed? I guess I'll just keep them up as a monument to my lack of a social media strategy.

Saw her delete a post once right as I was about to screenshot it, it was a blurry selfie at a weird angle with like 200k likes. The whole thing makes me wonder if half the "perfect" feeds we see are just heavily edited highlight reels with all the boring stuff swept under the rug. If she's that quick to delete, imagine how many celebs are doing the same thing but we just don't catch it because we're not refreshing every ten seconds. Honestly makes you question how much of social media is even real anymore.
