My veggie garden saved water, but why do rain barrels clog so fast?
I started a veggie garden to cut down on water use and it's been great. Seeing the plants grow with less tap water feels like a win. But I set up rain barrels to collect rainwater, and they keep getting clogged with leaves and stuff. I'm curious if there's a simple fix or if I need a filter system. It's frustrating because I want to rely more on rainwater. Has anyone else dealt with this? I'd love some tips to make it work better.
